    In recent years due to the advances in semiconductor technology and the ability to implement small-scale manufacturing, communication at 60 GHz band receive more attention than ever has been. The use of this frequency band is not only about 7-9 GHz unlicensed broadband access provided, but getting smaller devices make it possible to use multiple antennas at the transmitter and receiver, and thus taking advantage of multiple input – multiple output systems.     Unsymmetrical Dimethyl hydrazine (UDMH) is used as stabilizer, fuel promoter, chemical in photography, and liquid fuel for fighter jet engines. Catalytic liquid phase hydrogenation of nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) is one of the most efficient methods for the production of UDMH. Hydrogenation of NDMA to UDMH using a commercial 5% Pd/C catalyst in aqueous solution of NDMA was studied under constant temperature at 40°-70°C, ≤ 15 bar, and NDMA concentrations of 40-70 wt %. The effects of temperature, pressure, and NDMA concentration on NDMA conversion and yield of UDMH product in presence of undesired Dimethylamine (DMA) were studied. We used Sah-Noyce-Shockley (SNS) theory to investigate if the swept of Fermi level pinning at different levels (under forward/reverse bias) is the origin of change in current-voltage characteristics of the device.     The number of humidity outputs on the cap of a cylindrical capacitance sensor is optimized by designing three different probes with direct and indirect windows. The time interval is measured within which 30- 70 % humidity can influence the dielectric constant and conductivity of the capacitance when exposed to a range of relative humidity. It is then compared with a simple set-up including a simplified equivalent circuit.
