    Abstract
    The complexity of the optimal phase control problem in wireless MIMO systems with scalar feedback quantization and equal-gain transmission is studied. The problem is shown to be NP-hard when the number of receive antennas grows linearly with the number of transmit antennas. For the case where the number of receive antennas is constant, the problem can be solved in polynomial time. An optimal algorithm is explicitly constructed. For practical purposes, a low-complexity algorithm based on local search is presented. Simulation results show that its performance is nearly optimal

Solution processed device construction was carried out under ambient conditions of 50–60% ambient humidity.     Land use regression (LUR) has not been applied thus far to ambient alkylbenzenes in highly polluted megacities. We advanced LUR models for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, m-xylene, o-xylene (BTEX), and total BTEX using measurement based estimates of annual means at 179 sites in Tehran megacity, Iran.     In this study, water activities for the ternary systems of PEG6000 + sodium citrate (Na3Cit) + H2O and PEG6000 + potassium citrate (K3Cit) + H2O have been measured using an improved isopiestic method over the entire homogeneous mixing range at 298.15 K. From these measurements, values of the vapor pressure of solutions were also determined. The experimental data for the activity of water, collected in this work, were accurately correlated with local composition based models of the NRTL, modified NRTL, Wilson and modified Wilson.     In this work, a modified free-volume (FV) model based on the UNIQUAC-Nonrandom factor (UNIQUAC-NRF) model developed by Haghtalab and Asadollahi was proposed. While the combinatorial part of the proposed model for activity coefficient takes the same form as that of the entropic free-volume (entropic-FV) model, the residual part is similar to that of the UNIQUAC-NRF model.     The generalized quasi-chemical (GEM-QC) model proposed by Wang and Vera is modified to correlate better the phase equilibrium and to overcome the shortcoming of the original model to predict the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of binary polymer solutions.
