The thesis involves a comparative analysis of established volumetric origami patterns to serve as building blocks for arm-like structures; Among them, the "Kresling pattern" has been selected for this purpose. Leveraging the distinctive geometry and empirical evidence, the truss model is employed to elucidate the mechanical properties, folding behavior, and out-of-plane motion of the Kresling module and its resultant arm-like structure. In this paper, we present a randomized LOCAL constant approximation factor algorithm for minimum dominating set (MDS) problem and minimum total dominating set (MTDS) problem in graphs. The objective of this paper is study of flowfield over the wing of a coplanar and close-coupled wing-canard configuration model using neural network, in order to reduce measurement points and experiment time. The results are based on flowfield pressure and wing surface pressure measurements at difference angles of attack, no sideslip and difference angles of canard. The evermore widespread use of microscopic traffic simulation in the analysis of road systems has refocused attention on sub models, including car-following and lane-changing models. In this research a microscopic model is developed which combines car-following and lane-changing models and describes driver behaviour as a crash risk reduction process of drivers. For a set of n disjoint line segments S in R2, the visibility counting problem (VCP) is to preprocess S such that the number of visible segments in S from a query point p can be computed quickly. For this configuration, the visibility testing problem (VTP) is to test whether p sees a fixed segment s. This leads us to define an uncertain model for some classical geometric optimization problems and propose algorithms to solve them. A simple, fast and sensitive method based on microextraction in packed syringe (MEPS), a new format of solid-phase extraction (SPE), as a sample preparation technique in off-line combination with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed.
