  8. In the evolving landscape of Building Information Modeling (BIM), recognized as a leading technology in construction, the development of three-dimensional BIM objects forms the cornerstone of digitally representing and purposefully utilizing information on building elements. Most BIM capabilities and applications throughout the lifecycle of construction industry projects rely on the geometric and non-geometric information embedded in these developed objects. However, the arbitrary assignment of properties within objects can hinder the efficiency of BIM applications during project lifecycles. The BIM object library is an effective resource for storing and supplying essential objects across various stages of construction projects, and the provision of standardized BIM objects within this library is crucial for the effective expansion of BIM applications. Nonetheless, services provided by reputable object libraries globally indicate only partial standardization of object properties. Consequently, a tool that can automatically verify the compliance of object properties with desired patterns and standards is essential to delivering standardized, high-quality objects to the construction industry. This research addresses this need by implementing a system for automatically checking BIM object properties, with the aim of establishing it within the national BIM object library. This approach alleviates the inefficiencies of manual object checking, which is often time-consuming, costly, and prone to errors. Utilizing Autodesk Revit’s cloud-based plugin development tools, along with object model development standards, this system performs automated compliance checks on BIM object properties. Unlike existing systems, it operates in the cloud without requiring specific hardware, software infrastructure, or even an Autodesk Revit installation. The system’s functionality has been validated through rigorous testing using objects from the national BIM object library. By implementing the proposed intelligent automated checking system, we expect to foster the use of standardized objects within the country, leading to more efficient application of BIM capabilities across construction industry projects
