  8. The ultimate objective of this project is to evaluate and present various signal processing tools, including wavelet transform, for application in the analysis of structures using the endurance time method. Currently, in the endurance time method, only the maximum displacement values of structures over time are utilized. However, the output signals from this method contain additional information about the dynamic properties of the structure. In recent years, there has been increasing interest in using signal processing methods to detect damage and monitor the health of structures, aiming to enhance their safety and reliability. One of the primary goals of these methods, particularly in laboratory settings, is to extract detailed information about structures, such as the time when plastic joints form or potential structural failures, from output signals obtained during tests on seismic tables. Utilizing acceleration and displacement records of oscillating objects is a common approach in health monitoring methods. Among these methods, wavelet transform stands out as one of the most effective tools for detecting structural failure in the structure health monitoring process. Wavelet transform is a signal processing technique that offers more comprehensive insights into non-stationary signals compared to Fourier transform. Therefore, this research endeavors to leverage signal processing methods like wavelet analysis. By analyzing output signals obtained through the duration time method, the study aims to track changes in the structural behavior over time. Ultimately, the research utilizes wavelet transformations to estimate the time of plastic joint formation and structural failures. These estimates are then compared with results obtained from durability time analysis using SAP2000 software. The study concludes by proposing solutions to accurately determine the time of plastic joint formation
