Thus, this study identified green project management activities by considering the dimensions of lean, agility, and resilience. Then, the activities were prioritized in terms of the significance of activities to achieve green project management with the goals of lean, agility, and resilience in the construction industry in Isfahan. The method of this study was applied in terms of objective and survey in terms of data collection. The population of this study included the experts of the construction industry in Isfahan. For this purpose, a pairwise comparison questionnaire was used for data collection. In this study, fuzzy hierarchical analysis method was used. In addition, the compatibility of the pairwise comparison matrix completed by the experts was confirmed. The results of the fuzzy hierarchical approach in this study revealed the significance of the effect of resilience, lean, and agility factors in green project management, respectively. Furthermore, the five steps of preparing green project management programs including environmental assessment, quality management planning of green projects, guidance and work management, as well as the execution of procurement are the most significant respectively, and should be given more attention in green project management
