  5. This article mainly focuses on the characteristic, technologies and applications of cloud computing in mobile and electronic learning, and analyzes the features of this concept. We firstly tried to clarify the meaning of cloud computing as well as its features, secondly, proposed different models of using cloud computing in different learning environments, including web-based learning, mobile video learning and observational learning
