    In this thesis, the radio link of the Starlink satellite communication system is examined and analyzed. Initially, the general characteristics of the system such as the number and type of satellites, speed and orbital parameters, frequency bands, modulations, multiple access methods, and duplexing techniques are described.     The application of airborne passive bistatic radar (PBR) represents the latest advancement in passive radar technology. An airborne passive system is cheaper, lighter, easier to cool, and requires less power compared to a conventional active radar. A comprehensive literature review revealed a lack of both theoretical and experimental research in the field of airborne passive bistatic radar.
