    PLA/PEG/HAp Nano-Composites as Drug Carriers

    Abstract
    In recent years, the tendency to use biodegradable and biocompatible polymer nanoparticles for drug delivery applications has been increasing, the reason for this being the possibility of precise control of the drug release rate, ease of use, and no need for external Surgery after the release of the drug, increases the therapeutic efficiency of the drug and reduces the side effects with its precise transfer. In this research work, drug carrier nanocomposites were prepared from polylactic acid (PLA), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and hydroxyapatite (HAp) and for the controlled release of ciprofloxacin (CIP).     Abstract
    A central problem in motor control is to understand how the many biomechanical degrees of freedom are coordinated to achieve a goal. A common assumption is that Central Nervous System (CNS) would minimize a performance index to achieve this goal which is called objective function. In this paper, two popular objective functions are utilized to design the optimal trajectory of trunk movements. A 3D computational method incorporated with 18 anatomically oriented muscles is used to simulate human trunk system.     In present research work, methods of preparing ion exchange membranes, especially anion exchange membranes, were studied and chemical modification of polysulfone was chosen as a safe and economical method for preparing anion exchange membranes. The chloromethylated polysulfone was characterized by HNMR spectroscopy and functionalization degree was determined according to peak area integration. Membranes were produced by mixing and amination of the chloromethylated and normal polysulfone (40-100% wt).     Winner Strategies in a Simulated Stock Market

    Abstract
    In this study, we explore the dynamics of the stock market using an agent-based simulation platform. Our approach involves creating a multi-strategy market where each agent considers both fundamental and technical factors when determining their strategy. The agents vary in their approach to these factors and the time interval they use for technical analysis. Our findings indicate that investing heavily in reducing the value–price gap was a successful strategy, even in markets where there were no trading forces to reduce this gap. Furthermore, our results remain consistent across various modifications to the simulation’s structure

    This research presents two-dimensional controlled pushing-based nanomanipulation using an Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). A reliable control of the AFM tip position is crucial to AFM-based manipulation since the tip can jump over the target nanoparticle causing the process to fail. However, detailed modeling and an understanding of the interaction forces on the AFM tip have a central role in this process. In the proposed model, the Lund-Grenoble (LuGre) method is used to model the dynamic friction force between the nanoparticle and the substrate.     The complexity associated with musculoskeletal modeling, simulation, and neural control of the human spine is a challenging problem in the field of biomechanics. This paper presents a novel method for simulation of a 3D trunk model under control of 48 muscle actuators. Central pattern generators (CPG) and artificial neural network (ANN) are used simultaneously to generate muscles activation patterns.
