    Detecting Repackaged Android Applications

    Developing an android application from scratch is a time-consuming and expensive process, but modifying an existing and similar application is much easier. Modifying an android application, which is called repackaging, is done for different purposes. Cracking non-free android applications, modifying advertising libraries code, adding malicious payload to benign ones and redistributing known malwares are some of the important purposes.     Effects of pozzolans together with steel and polypropylene fibers on mechanical properties of RCC pavements

    Abstract
    Effects of pozzolans and fibers on mechanical properties of RCC are addressed. The mechanical properties were evaluated using optimum moisture with different amounts of pozzolans, steel and polypropylene fibers. Using pozzolans, maximum increase in compressive strength was observed to occur between 28 and 90 days of age, rupture modulus was found to decrease; but toughness indices did not change considerably. The influence of steel fibers on compressive strength was often more significant than that of PP fibers; but neither steel nor PP fibers did contribute to increase in the rupture modulus independently from pozzolans. Also, the toughness indices increased when steel fibers were used

    Saffron is the most precious and expensive agricultural product. A dehydration treatment is necessary to convert Crocus sativus L. stigmas into saffron spice. To the best of our knowledge, no information on mass transfer parameters of saffron stigmas is available in the literature. This study aimed at investigating the moisture transfer parameters and quality attributes of saffron stigmas under infrared treatment at different temperatures (60, 70, ..., 110°C).     Due to major problems induced by delamination in laminated composites, functionally-graded materials (FGM) have been put to growing use in recent years. In the present research, dynamic stability of FGM cylindrical shells under axial follower loads is addressed. Loading was considered in three forms: concentrated (Beck’s problem), uniformly-distributed (Leipholz’s problem), and linearly-distributed (Hauger’s problem).     Abstract
    In this paper, we propose a new method for impulsive noise removal from images. It uses the sparsity of natural images when they are expanded by mean of a good learned dictionary. The zeros in sparse domain give us an idea to reconstruct the pixels that are corrupted by random-value impulse noises. This idea comes from this reality that noisy image in sparse domain of original image will not have a sparse representation as much as original image sparsity.     This article deals with the mechanical properties of steel-reinforced concrete precast slab tracks on non-ballasted elasto-plastic foundations. To work out the spanning behavior of slab tracks, a FEM analysis was executed for discrete and continuous systems. At first, full-size slabs without foundation including solid and hollow-core specimens (with 30% weight reduction) were tested under centric static (monotonic) line loads, and loaddeflection curves were extracted.     Mechanical properties of slab tracks on a foundation with nonlinear stiffness are accounted for. At first, the cracking stages were inspected in FEM models, and it was learned that slab tracks have one-way exural behavior.     In this paper, the effects of both pozzolans and (steel and poly-propylene) fibers on the mechanical properties of roller compacted concrete are studied. Specimens for the experiments were made using a soil-based approach; thus, the Kango's vibration hammer was used for compaction. The tests in the first stage were carried out to determine the optimal moisture requirements for mix designs using cubic 150 × 150 × 150 mm specimens.     Effect of openings' dimensions on the relative flexural behavior of adjacent piers (independent or conjugate) in perforated shear walls is addressed. 384 designed models were made and exposed to lateral loads. For middle openings, in addition to the alpha parameter in the literature, the relative flexural behavior of piers in medium-rise buildings can be predicted as function of thickness-to-length ratio of the coupling beam and the ratio of the coupling beam length to the pier length; but in high-rise buildings, it is always conjugate.
