    Abstract
    The paper aims at proposing a controller through two-layer neural networks (NN) in order to control CD4 amount in HIV + Patients. In the same direction, initially a new mathematical model by using of two-layer neural networks (NN) was designed. Medical information of 300 HIV + Patients who were being treated in the Iranian Research Center for HIV/AIDS (IRCHA), Imam Khomeini Hospital, Tehran, was used to design this model. Highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) medical method is a significant method that was used in this study.     Abstract
    Rapid visual screening is a way to assess unsafe structures and reduce urban earthquake vulnerability. Although this method is faster than detailed analytical methods(e.g. Incremental dynamic analysis), it still requires a lot of time and financial resources to execute. Due to the widespread use of computer vision in engineering, this study has used this technology to perform rapid visual screening, improve its overall process and provide a standard method for automatic assessment of structures.     The purpose of this research is the aerodynamic design of a 100 kW transonic ducted fan. Today, the aviation industry is moving towards the design of electric driven aircraft propulsion. Transonic ducted fans are one of the viable options that have been used in medium and heavy aircrafts due to their high specific power.     Inlet air cooling is a simple and economical method to increase the power output of gas turbines. High-pressure fogging systems and mechanical chillers are two common methods. High water consumption, damage to compressor blades by water droplets, and inefficiency in humid climates are disadvantages of high-pressure fogging systems.     This study investigated the effect of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury on relative acceleration of the tibia and femur during a number of tests/activities, in order to assess the feasibility of acceleration-based diagnosis of ACL injury using inertial sensors.     In this manuscript, we designed and fabricated a novel integrated microfluidic Kidney Nephron-On-Chip. This chip is able to culture cell monolayers under various fluid shear stresses and divert osmotic pressure gradients while imposing four different concentrations of an injected drug on cells.
