    Abstract
    Releasing radioactive materials in atmosphere and their damages on human health via emitting radioactivity, show the necessity of investigations on their behavior. To simulate behavior of radioactive materials in atmosphere, we use Gaussian plume model. Gaussian model as a mathematical tool can simulate diffusion of Gaseous matters. This model also can be employed for radioactive materials. Radioactive materials vanish by decaying and can be produced via decaying of their mothers! Therefore, later effect must be considered in the Gaussian model via a factor. Many factors like wind speed and weather conditions also are involved in diffusion of radioactive materials.     Feed-in tariff (FiT) is one of the most efficient ways that many governments throughout the world use to stimulate investment in renewable energies (REs) technology.     Abstract
    In the present work tensile and tear properties of commercially pure titanium with different rolling reductions and specimens directions were investigated. The experimental results showed that in low levels of deformation the microstructure refining and mechanical twins have fewer significant effects on the anisotropic behavior of both tear and tensile properties and the crystallographic texture controls the mechanical properties anisotropy. The increase in rolling reduction up to 50% led to the formation of strong-basal texture and resulted in the activation of almost same deformation systems and isotropic mechanical response.     Abstract
    In this research gas sealed Multi-Wire Proportional Counter (MWPC) including blades between anode wires and beta particles of 90Sr with 196 keV mean energy were considered. Ten different gases such as Noble gases mixtures with methane and several other pure gases were studied.
