    Boric acid (H3BO3) is a weak monobasic acid that exist as a white powder in the standard conditions. In industry, it is used in manufacturing of fiberglas filaments, precious metals soldering and production of flat panel LCD displays. In all of these applications, normal grade boric acid is used, but nuclear industry demands an ultrapure boric acid (UPA) for controlling of the reactivity and power levels in pressurized water reactors. Annual consumption of UPA in Bushehr Power Plant (BPP) is around 60 metric tons.     We present a Lyapunov-type approach to the problem of existence and uniqueness of general law-dependent stochastic differential equations. In the existing literature, most results concerning existence and uniqueness are obtained under regularity assumptions of the coefficients with respect to the Wasserstein distance. Some existence and uniqueness results for irregular coefficients have been obtained by considering the total variation distance.     In this paper, the third order differential equation x‴ + ψ (x′)x″ + (κ2 +ø (x))x′ + f(t, x = e(t) is considered. Under certain conditions on the functions appearing in the differential equation, the existence of periodic solutions is proved. Similar problems have been treated by authors in [4,6,7]. However, the method employed here is used by Reissig [1] and the results obtained are, in fact, a generalization of those in [1-3].     This paper addresses the problem of recovering sparse link vectors with network topological constraints that is motivated by network inference and tomography applications. We propose a novel framework called UCS-NT in the context of compressive sensing for sparse recovery in networks. In order to efficiently recover sparse specification of link vectors, we construct a feasible measurement matrix using this framework through connected paths.     We overview the main results in Compressed Sensing and Social Networks, and discuss the impact they have on Cyber Physical Social Systems (CPSS), which are currently emerging on top of the Internet of Things. Moreover, inspired by randomized Gossip Protocols, we introduce TopGossip, a new compressed-sensing algorithm for the prediction of the top-k most influential nodes in a social network.
