    One of the most important problems in using wind energy is the estimation of wind energy potential of a region with acceptable accuracy. To use wind energy and convert it to electrical energy it is necessary to study the economical aspects of wind farm installation, and to choose an appropriate wind turbine to be installed in a region. In this regard, various types of mixing index reported in the literature were need. Lacey index was chosen to study to study the segregation for different conditions.     The purpose of this article is to develop a new method to estimate annual energy output for a given wind turbine in any region which should be easy to use and has satisfactory accuracy. To do this, hourly wind speeds of 25 different stations in Netherlands, output power curve of S47 wind turbine and fuzzy modeling techniques and artificial neural networks were used and a model is developed to estimate annual energy output for S47 wind turbine in different regions.     The main objective of the present work was to improve the turbulence in single drops using ferrofluids (magnetic nanoparticles) in the presence of uniform and oscillating magnetic fields. In this regard, magnetite nanoparticles ($\mathrm{Fe_3O_4}$) were synthesized by co-precipitation method, characterized using DLS, FT-IR, XRD, VSM, and TEM, and their stability was checked by UV-Vis.     In this paper, the effects of different environmental parameters on power probability density function (PDF) curve and annual energy production of a wind turbine are studied. In each step one of these parameters is changed, and in each case, Wind turbine and wind speed is simulated and produced power has been calculated in every hours of one year.     The smoothed particle hydrodynamics method is used to explore the effects of design parameters on the mixing efficiency of two types of active micromixer. First, the complex flow field and the mixing process of two separated fluids in a square mixing chamber with nine symmetric microstirrers are simulated. The influence of design parameters, such as the microstirrer rotation arrangement and the angular velocity of the microstirrer, on the mixing performance, is investigated.
