Experimental and Analytical Investigation of Flexural Behavior of U-boot Hollow Slab

Abstract
U-boot is a type of hollow biaxial RC slab which have plastic inserts within slab in order to reduce the self-weight. The lower weight of the floor system leads to larger spans and also improves the seismic behavior of the structure. Voids within the slab impart a non-prismatic nature in both direction of the slab and cause complexity. Therefore, more investigation is required in order to evaluate the structural behavior of this type of slab. Abstract
The present article aims to investigate the cause-and-effect relationship between the employees’ psychological empowerment (PE) and dimensions of knowledge management (KM) in an oil company, using the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory method. The study population consists of oil company experts. The sample size is determined based on the theoretical saturation limit. The present findings show that PE is the strongest causative factor with significant effects on knowledge creation (KC) and knowledge dissemination (KD). Investigating the 2−dimensional critical percolation still faces some challenges. According to the general belief the LCFT with central charge c = 0 should work, but in practice it isn’t clear where the logarithmic divergence appears in critical percolation.
