Large Language Models (LLMs) have emerged as the dominant paradigm in Natural Language Processing owing to their remarkable performance across various target tasks. However, naively fine-tuning them for specific downstream tasks often requires updating a vast number of parameters, resulting in high computational costs and overfitting when training data is limited. Abstract
A method to design a tunable low noise amplifier (LNA) for multiband receivers is proposed. This paper also presents a single-ended to differential conversion (S2DC) topology which improves the LNA linearity without degrading its noise performance. Combining input tuning with S2DC in a single stage reduces power consumption of the LNA and decreases effects of supply noise. An LNA has been designed based on the proposed method for 2.3-4.8 GHz in a 0.18 μm CMOS technology. Simulations show an IIP3 of -3.2 dBm, a less than 3.7 dB noise figure (NF), a voltage gain of 24 dB in the whole frequency range. The LNA draws 13.1 mW from a 1.8 V supply. A detailed 3D anatomical model of the patellofemoral joint was developed to study the tracking, force, contact and stability characteristics of the joint. The quadriceps was considered to include six components represented by 15 force vectors. The patellar tendon was modeled using four bundles of viscoelastic tensile elements. Each of the lateral and medial retinaculum was modeled by a three-bundle nonlinear spring. This work presents a new signaling method operating based on a Nyquist-rate orthogonal pulse amplitude modulation (NOPAM) scheme for high-speed wireline communication systems. The proposed signaling approach provides a 2 bit/symbol throughput like PAM-4 signaling while requiring only three voltage levels for data transmission. Thus, it is less sensitive to non-idealities of the lossy interfaces in long/medium reach links. Various composite friction materials containing 40 vol.% organic binder (phenolic resin plus styrene-butadiene-rubber (SBR)) with varying phenolic-resin/SBR ratio were prepared. The content of phenolic resin in each composite was indicated by the resin value (RV) index ranging between 0-100%. The composites with RVs greater than 50% form resin-based friction materials in which the primary binder is the phenolic resin. In this research the effects of addition of clay in phenolic glass fiber reinforced composite has been investigated. Layered clay/phenolic nanocomposite resin systems were first prepared with 0.5, 1.5 and 2.5 wt% of Cloisite Na+ (CN) and Cloisite 30B (CB). After that the suspension was hold in an ultrasonic bath for 30 min in order to enhance nanodispersion of the clay platelet within the resin. The phenolic/clay solution was used to impregnate the glass fabric using the solvent impregnation method.
